101 years since the end of the First World War. At the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th Month the guns fell silent and fighting was brought to an end.
For many years our nation has fell silent on the `11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month to remember. To remember the all of the brave and courageous people during the world wars and to thank them for the sacrifices they made.
On Monday 11th November, we paid our respects to those brave soldiers with a service, led by the Spiritual Council, including two minutes of silence, readings, and prayers.
A huge thank you for the children who read and paid their respects in such a reverent way.
