On Thursday 10th October, we celebrated World Mental Health Day. In the morning we explored what our mental health was and why it is important to look after our mental health and in the afternoon, we came off timetable. During the afternoon, the children split into groups and were provided with strategies and activities they could use to help improve their own mental health. Some of the activities we enjoyed were: dancing, baking, yoga, boxing, team games, making kindness cards, jigsaws, board games and art.
